Series: A10, A20, 4890, five-layer winding, etc.
Application: Used in air conditioning systems of various trucks, cars and engineering vehicles, suitable for refrigerants: R12, R134a, 1234yf
3.SAE J2064 Type E AC hose
Inner& outer rubbers: pulse-resistant, weather-resistant, ozone-resistant and low-penetration EPDM; shielding layer: PA is the innermost layer
Temperature range: -40℃~+135℃
Series: B.S, 4860, C.D, five-layer winding, etc.
Application: Used in air conditioning systems of various trucks, cars and engineering vehicles, suitable for refrigerants: R12, R134a, 1234yf

Ⅱ.Engineering machinery braking system
1. Nylon spiral brake hose
Connecting pipelines for air brake systems of saddle-type semi-trailers and tractor-trailers
Features: good elasticity and pressure resistance, can freely expand and contract during vehicle driving, adapts to different working conditions, and prevents the pipeline from stretching, twisting or damage.
*For customized specifications, please provide the number of spiral turns, spiral diameter, pipe inner diameter, working length, and joint form
2. SAE J1402 Air brake hose
Internal and external glue: EPDM; Reinforcement layer: One layer of polyester filament braid; Temperature range: -40°C~+135°C
Inside diameter 3/16" to 5/8"
Suitable for common large and medium-sized trucks, large and medium-sized buses, light trucks, heavy trucks, and buses with compressed air braking systems
3.SAE J1402 Fiber briaded brake hose
Features: Withstands high temperature and pressure, and will not break due to pulling or impact. Can be adapted to different models and occasions
Inner rubber layer: NBR; reinforcement layer: one layer of copper-plated steel wire braid; outer rubber layer: one layer of polyester filament braid
4.Brake hose fitting
Commonly used articulated fitting (fisheye joints) can be customized with different sealing surfaces and angles: 0 degrees 45 degrees 90 degrees 180 degrees

1. SAE J20 R1 EPDM Radiator Hose
①Internal and external EPDM, working temperature: -40°C~+150°C
②Silicone, working temperature -40°C to 250°C
Application: Suitable for heating systems in vehicle cooling circulation systems. Bend hose and special-shaped pipe oils can be customized.
2.SAE J20 R2 Heavy-Duty Wire Embedded Type
Compared with R1, spiral steel wire is embedded
Internal and external EPDM, working temperature: -40°C~+150°C
3.SAE J20 R3 EPDM Heater Hose
Internal and external EPDM, reinforcement : one layer of polyester braided
Working temperature: -40°C~+180°C
Application: Suitable for heating systems in vehicle cooling circulation systems. Bend pipes and special-shaped pipes can be customized
4.SAE J20 R4 Radiator Hose
Rubber hose, special-shaped elbow (working temperature -40 °C to 150 °C)
Silicone straight hose, special-shaped silicone elbow hose (working temperature -40 °C to 250 °C)
Reinforcement: Generally, fiber braided and aramid braided. Helix steel wire can be embedded if necessary.
SAE J20 R5Intercooler Hose
Silicone or fluorine; Temperature range: -40°C~+250°C
Application: Suitable for passenger cars, trucks, buses, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other vehicles, air-conditioning, cooling and other systems
