Main application of LPG hydraulic petroleum gas special rubber hose:
Widely used in: oil fields, refineries, chemical plants, liquefied gas stations, automobiles, tank trucks, tankers and other fields, transport liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas CNG, hydrogen, nitrogen, liquid ammonia, propylene, organic solvents, Micro particles, etc. The content of aromatic compounds can be as high as 50%.
LPG hydraulic petroleum gas special rubber hose is classified according to structure:
1. LPG steel wire braided hose
Inner rubber layer: anti-penetration and flame-resistant rubber compound
Reinforcement layer: a layer of high tensile steel wire braid
Outer rubber layer: ozone-resistant, erosion-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber
Appearance color: fabric or smooth surface can be punched, black, blue, other colors can be customized
2. LPG fiber braided hose
Inner rubber layer: anti-penetration and flame-resistant rubber compound
Reinforcement layer: a layer of high tensile fiber braid
Outer rubber layer: ozone-resistant, erosion-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber
Appearance color: fabric or smooth surface can be punched, black, blue, other colors can be customized
3. LPG covered cotton bobbin
Inner rubber layer: anti-penetration and flame-resistant rubber compound
Reinforcement layer: a layer of steel wire
Outer rubber layer: cotton braided outer layer, resistant to ozone, erosion and aging
Appearance color: black, blue, black and blue lines alternate, other colors can be customized
4. LPG nylon resin hose
Inner rubber layer: PA11/PA12
Reinforcement layer: high tensile strength steel wire or wire braid
Outer rubber layer: ozone-resistant and wear-resistant elastic resin
Appearance color: glossy black, orange (other colors can be customized)
