Hydraulichose damage the main reason:

Hose improper use will greatly reduce the hose life. In actual work, most of the hose damage is due to improper use.

(2) Oil temperature is too high. The higher the fluid temperature, the more prone to aging bananas, flexibility, strength and sealing performance decline, the hose will soon burst. Therefore, in operation, when the hydraulic system temperature rise is too high, too fast, it should promptly identify the reasons to be ruled out; summer operations, especially in continuous operation, should take the necessary cooling measures.

(3) Hose selection, installation is not reasonable. When replacing the hose, the length of the hose used, the number of steel layers, the shape and size of the joint should be reasonable, and should be minimized hose bending; Tighten the joint nut, do not make the hose distorted, excessive bending and twisting Will greatly reduce the service life of the hose; Some prone to friction parts should take protective measures to prevent hose burst due to wear and tear.
