① Compressor Air hose
● Application: mainly used in compressors, pneumatic devices, mining, quarries, construction and other industries;
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: mostly black extruded SBR synthetic rubber, resistant to oil mist
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester thread
Outer layer: mostly yellow SBR synthetic rubber, wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant
● Common specifications: 1/2 ”-4”
● Working pressure: 20Bar-40Bar (600Psi)
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
②Suction and discharge hose
● Application: suction and discharge of non-corrosive liquids in drainage irrigation, construction, fertilizer and lasso acid solutions.
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: black EPDM / NBR / SBR synthetic rubber
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester wire and high flexibility spiral steel wire
Outer layer: black EPDM synthetic rubber, wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant
● Common specifications: 1 ”-12”
● Working pressure: 10Bar or 20Bar
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
③Steam hose
● Application: Transfer the saturated steam with the maximum working pressure and temperature at 270PSI and 220 ℃. The use of steam will shorten the life of the hose, and the normal hose drainage after each use will increase the life. If detergent or oil is present, it is not recommended for flushing applications;
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: black EPDM / CIIR synthetic rubber, high temperature resistant (not for steam cleaning)
Reinforcement layer: high tensile steel wire braided reinforcement layer
Outer layer: Red or black EPDM synthetic rubber, heat-resistant, textured surface, using pinhole technology
● Common specifications: 1/2 ”-2”
● Working pressure: 270PSI
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 220 ℃
④Beverage and food hose
● Application: Used for inhalation and discharge of liquids, fats, greasy foods and alcoholic beverages (maximum 75 alcohol); hoses can be sterilized with 5% soda water, not recommended for dry abrasives;
Normally, food grade FDA, DVGW Class A, KTW or CE certifications are required.
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: white NBR synthetic rubber
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester wire and high flexibility spiral steel wire
Outer layer: white NBR synthetic rubber, wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant and oil-resistant
● Common specifications: 1 ”-12”
● Working pressure: 10Bar or 20Bar
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
⑤Chemical hose
● Application: used for the suction and transfer of various chemicals and solvents, can handle 90% of the existing chemicals
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: transparent XLPE / UHMWPE
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester wire and high flexibility spiral steel wire
Outer layer: color EPDM synthetic rubber, wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant
● Common specifications: 3/4 ”-4”
● Working pressure: 16Bar
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
⑥Oil hose
● Application: For the suction and discharge of fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid. Suitable for centralized exhaust from water-cooled solids and marine fuel oil, providing maximum flexibility.
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: black NBR synthetic rubber, exhaust, fire resistance, oil resistance
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester wire and high flexibility spiral steel wire
Outer layer: black NBR synthetic rubber, wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant, fire-resistant and hydrocarbon
● Common specifications: 5/8 ”~ 2-1 / 2”
● Working pressure: 10Bar or 20Bar
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
⑦Material suction hose
● Application: Used for fluids containing solid particles such as gas, mist, powder, granules, fibers, gravel, cement, fertilizer, coal dust, quicksand, concrete, gypsum
● Hose structure:
Inner layer: black NR conductive rubber, wear-resistant
Reinforcement layer: high tensile dip polyester wire or high tensile steel wire
Outer layer: Black SBR / NR synthetic rubber, wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant, with pinhole design
● Common specifications: 3/4 ”-2”
● Working pressure: 10Bar or 85Bar
● Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
